Magdalene – Christos

Shabbat August:

The Exiled Magdalene

Leaving the Familiar

Embodied Transmissions, Prayers, Aramaic Mysticism and Ahava Sacred Dance

Online Ceremony + Teaching with Ana Otero
Friday, August 28th | 15,00 CET | Via Zoom

There comes a moment on every authentic spiritual path when the soul is gently, and sometimes painfully, invited to leave behind what is familiar. The places that once nourished us no longer feel like home. Relationships shift. Identities begin to dissolve. Old ways of praying, believing, or understanding ourselves quietly fall away. We may feel as though we have entered a foreign land, uncertain of where Alaha, Divine Mother Father, is leading us.

During this Magdalene Christos Shabbat, we will contemplate the archetype of the Exiled Magdalene and explore one of the great mysteries of the spiritual life: that what often feels like loss may, in truth, be Divine preparation.

Together, we will journey through the wisdom of Scripture, the Aramaic words of Yeshua, contemplative prayer, sacred chant, silence, and embodied practice, allowing the Holy Spirit to illuminate those places within us that are being invited into a new season of becoming.
As we gather in the medicine of the Magdalene – Christos Shabbat, we will enter the sacred space where striving gives way to Presence, where separation is gently gathered back into wholeness, and where the soul remembers its eternal home in Alaha (Divine Mother – Father).

Together we will contemplate the mystery of the Magdalene–Christos Flame of Divine Union—the eternal dance of Divine Love made visible through the union of Mary Magdalene and Yeshua.

As the feminine and masculine flames become one, they reveal the deeper mystery taking place within each of us: the journey of the human soul toward its own sacred wholeness.

Together, we will discover that every sacred departure carries within it the promise of a deeper arrival, and that every exile, when held within the embrace of Divine Love, becomes the path by which the Magdalene–Christos Flame is kindled within us.

This sacred gathering offers more than inspiration; it is an initiation into a deeper way of seeing, loving, and being. As the inner marriage of the feminine and masculine is awakened, you will discover a renewed sense of belonging, a clearer remembrance of their soul’s purpose, and the courage to walk your path with greater peace, authenticity, and trust.

For every exile is a return, and every return is an awakening to the Divine Presence that has never left you.

What You Will Experience:

The Wedding Feast – Opening & Consecration

We begin with a sacred Magdalene Shabbat opening, entering the field of the Wedding Feast—the mystical union of the soul with the Divine. This is a moment of ritual, devotion, and consecration, where we invoke Mary Magdalene and Yeshua as the living template of Divine Union. Together, we create a space where the soul can rest, receive, and remember its original wholeness.
Aramaic Blessing

Aramaic, as the language of Yeshua and Mary Magdalene, carries a frequency that softens the mind and opens us into direct experience, allowing prayer to be felt rather than only understood.
Ahava Sacred Dance®

You will be guided through an Ahava Sacred Dance, a moving meditation rooted in ancient mystical lineages. Through simple, repetitive steps, sacred gesture, and mantra, we allow the body to become a vessel of prayer. We will reconnect with our innate capacities of intuition, prophecy, and deep inner discernment. We will release, surrender, and open to the Infinite Blessings.
Aramaic Mantras & Sacred Sound

Throughout our gathering, we will work with Aramaic mantras and sacred sound as a form of embodied prayer.
Exile and Return Ceremony

We will awaken the altars of our hearts and enter into a profound act of offering. Together, we will gently place upon the inner altar all that no longer serves our journey—our fears, uncertainties, confusion, grief, limitations, and the burdens we have carried for too long. In surrendering them into the Presence of Divine Love, we create the inner spaciousness for something new to be born. In this Ceremony we will awaken the soul’s deepest longing to move beyond the familiar and step into the next expression of our becoming.
Reading from the Mystics

We will receive a transmission from the Desert Mystics, opening up to receive the wisdom of our Desert Mothers and Fathers.
Contemplation & Reflection

There will be space for inner stillness, contemplation, and reflection—moments to listen, integrate, and allow what has been awakened to take root within you.

Our monthly Shabbats are online gatherings, and the donation requested is offered in support of the children we sponsor in India, contributing to their food, clothing, and education. At “The Desert Rose Mystery School”, we are deeply grateful for your generosity and for being part of this shared field of giving and care.

This holy feast of bread and wine, of Divine Union and Remembrance, is what I have called the Magdalene – Christos Shabbat.

Magdalene is the capacity to receive, to feel, to embody, to hold the mystery within form.
Christos is the living light of consciousness, the awakened intelligence that longs to express, to radiate, and to become known. Magdalene–Christos, is no longer about two figures, nor even two principles. It is a state of being, a consciousness. A state in which the body becomes a temple of living light, where the soul returns to wholeness, and where love is a lived experience—moving, breathing, and expressing through the human form.

As the body softens into presence, the light reveals itself within, and the soul remembers its wholeness. In this quiet union, love is no longer sought—it is lived, breathed, and known as the Beloved moving through us.

Magdalene–Christos Shabbats are sacred ceremonies, to be entered and embodied on the day of Shabbat, where the soul returns to stillness, the body becomes a vessel of presence, and the teachings are received as living experience.
Magdalene – Christos Shabbat, is a living ritual, it is not content , it is presence, transmission, the Shekhinah flowing in the moment. For this reason, if you are unable to join the live online gathering, I recommend watching the Magdalene – Christos Shabbat replay the first 24 hours. If you are not able to attend, your donation is welcomed.
When we serve others we are we are actually serving ourselves. Every act, every word, and every gesture of genuine compassion nourishes our own hearts as well as the hearts of others. This is an authentic place of Healing and as we heal through serving, we remember that we are here on this Planet to be, grow, love, awaken and help each other.
